Everything is what you make it.
Let me reiterate.
EVERYTHING, is what YOU make it.
You choose your mindset. It might be difficult, and you might subconsciously want to choose another, less positive mindset. But it is up to you to decide how you react and how you feel about things.
Mondays are no different.
Be powerful in your approach to the week, and your life will be full of strong and successful increments that the weeks are.
Be your best on Monday. Do as good as you can on Monday.
Be better than that on Tuesday.
We can always do more and be better, and if you start the week at your best, you have no choice but to grow immensely.
You need to take this approach to the beginning of EVERY week because it will eventually turn in to who you are and what you truly believe.
Let me say this again, if you attack Monday and give your absolute best, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. then it sets you up to get better and better as the week goes on.
You need to enjoy them, embrace the bad and you’ll find so much more good.
It is all too common to hate Monday’s and wish you could just skip right to Tuesday. So think about all of the people out there that are your competition.
They hate Monday’s. If you start to love them, you’ll have one day up on them every week. Thats 52 days at the end of the year that you chose to get better and they chose to pout.
Consider this and change your mindset, it really is everything.
